1) Q-ERP Trading: This ERP solution provides the resource planning for small-medium enterprises (SMEs) including Purchase Module, Sales Module, Inventory Module, and Accounting Module.
- The ERP Trading has comprised of 4 core modules; Purchase Module, Sales Module, Inventory Module, and Accounting Module. With our respect to ease of use, and assure that data are consistency.
- In order to increase the effectiveness of the executive manager with using data analysis by Pivot Table; for example, Purchases Data Analysis, Sales Data Analysis, Inventory Data Analysis, CashBank Data Analysis, and enable to be closed account.
a) Express version (Q-ERP/xT) : Suitable for 10 users working simultanuously. Start with low cost and versatile feasibilities.
b) Enterprise version (Q-ERP/eT): Suitable for over 35 users working simultanuously. Provide functionalities with full-options in use containing Preprocedural Approval Document functions, Data Analysis Reports, and be able to adjust the configuration.

2) Q-ERP Manufacturing: This ERP solution provides the resource planning for large organization including Purchase Module, Sales Module, Inventory Module, Accounting Module, and Manufacturing Module.
- The ERP Manufacturing has comprised of 5 core modules; Purchase Module, Sales Module, Inventory Module, Accounting Module, and Manufacturing Module. With our respect to ease of use, and assure that data are consistency.
- The extension of ERP Manufacturing is linked to other Modules including Bill of Material with Manufacturing Formular and Cost of Material with Manufacturing Formular.
- In order to increase the effectiveness of the executive manager who has plan to apply the manufacturing, inventory and financial on your business which enable to use data analysis by Pivot Table; for example, Purchases Data Analysis, Sales Data Analysis, Inventory Data Analysis, CashBank Data Analysis, and enable to be closed account. 3) Frontend Add-ons: Frontend Add-ons are mainly synchronized with the Q-ERP solution which helps reduce its workload, lessen complexity, and deminish the error checksum while saving data.
a) eCommerce (Q-ERP/eC): handles everything products for sales on the Internet. It provides the synchonized data in real time to the Q-ERP solution on Sales Retailing with Images, Inventory, Quotation, Sales Invoice, and Accounting. It is easy to manage your products and services being active on the website.
b) eHotel (Q-ERP/eH): organizes the internal hospitality in reservation room for service and synchronizes data in real time to the Q-ERP solution online. It enables to search for the rooms which are available how long for staying over the nights. It provides to record all information comprising of guest profiles, reservation document, payment methods, CashBank/ Sales Invoice which is linked to the Accounting on the Q-ERP as the real time. It ease of use for the executives to manage in hospitalities with the whole system.
c) ePOS (Q-ERP/eP): handles the products and services on the internet and is synchronized data in real time to the Q-ERP Solution online to manipulate inventory with spare items and remaining items; such as retailing products according to its category, releasing the promotion based on the seasonal festival, and storing the history of retails. It is benefit when applying on your business in diversity.
d) eAttendance (Q-ERP/eA): records the users who has attended in working online based on the company's policy and is synchronized data in real time to the Q-ERP Solution online. The primary feature allows the users to clock-in and clock-out by using a fingerprint scanner device to attend on work and to leave after finishing work. Second feature provides the users to be able to use leave types; such as sick leave, personal leave, annual leave, and others by themselves. Next feature provides the system computes the overtime, late attendance, and early leave. Other feature allows the users to keep track their recording attendance accessing Web Application.
